Choosing Herself, Not Just a Career

Client: Leah, 19 — University student.

Overwhelmed by career pressure and choices.

She wasn’t lazy. She wasn’t lost. She was just tired of being asked what she wanted to do before anyone helped her figure out who she was.

In our work together, Leah discovered she was a Type 4 on the Enneagram  deeply intuitive, creative, and driven by meaning. But she’d been told to “be more practical,” and somewhere along the way, she began to silence her inner voice.

Instead of rushing into a path to please others, we slowed down.
Together, we:

  • Explored her values, energy patterns, and creative instincts
  • Built a path that honored her emotional intelligence and depth
  • Reframed career planning as a process of unfolding, not a test to pass
  • Identified small, aligned experiments (like a design internship and expressive writing project) that brought her clarity through experience
